Yoga at The Barn
Wednesdays 10am Deep stretch and restore yoga classes are an invitation to deeply relax, slow down, an sink into a very gentle and slow yoga practice. This class is a mix of yin postures held for longer periods of time, restorative postures with the support of props, and some very slow and gentle flowing movements. Class is designed gently take you into deep release and relaxation. Come dressed in a layer or two as we will be moving very slowly and you will want to feel warm. Perfect for new yogi’s and long time practices too.
Thursdays 7pm “Gentle Vinyasa Flow and Sound Healing” This Class runs a little bit longer at 75 min. We have a gentle and nourishing flow with some fun (optional) challenges along the way and once we are warm and open, we will wind down with some longer, yin style holds. Class will always end with a variety of sound healing techniques, meditation, mantra, and pranayama. You will leave feeling relaxed, revitalized and ready for a deep and restful sleep.
